Des petits carrés à déguster avec le thé, c'est idéal ... ils sont tout juste citronnés comme on aime !
Toujours très rapide à faire :



Dans un moule en silicone 18x18cm :

120 g de farine
55 g de beurre
40 g de sucre glace

2 oeufs
150 g de sucre
le zeste et le jus d'un citron
15 g de farine
1 cc de bicarbonate de soude


Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
Dans un bol muni de la lame coupante mélanger ensemble la farine, le beurre en dès et le sucre glace, vous allez obtenir de fines miettes que vous tassez dans votre moule.
Cuire 12 minutes.
Préparer le topping en fouettant les oeufs avec le sucre.
Ajouter le jus de citron et les zestes, fouetter.
Ajouter la farine et le bicar, fouetter.

Verser le topping sur la base sablée et réenfourner pour 20 à 25 minutes.

Laisser refroidir les démouler et couper en carrés.
